WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Russet Potatoes
• Fresh garlic
• Pepper
• BBQ sauce

1. Prepare the pork roast by stabbing it with a knife (take out any aggression here) and insert chunks of garlic under the muscle and sprinkle with pepper.
2. Put roast in the crockpot with potatoes and add about 1/4 cup of water. Turn on. Cook slow and on low for about 6 hours.
3. About a 1/2 hour before you’re ready to eat, pull the pork apart with a fork and mix with BBQ sauce. Serve.

Onion Chicken
& Rice
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Whole chicken
• Big onion
• Onion soup mix
• Rice
1. Put the chicken in the crockpot and add about 3 cups of water.
2. Cut the onion into large pieces and place on top of the chicken. Add a piece in the body cavity.
3. Sprinkle the onion soup over and around the chicken. Mix it in the water.
4. Add a cup of rice to the water.
5. Cook slow and low for about 6 hours. Serve.
