We parents are super busy and some of us are working more than one job. One of the best-kept secrets of time management is using a crockpot to cook while you’re out. Well, the easier the preparation for the meal, the better! Here are a few super easy crockpot recipes for super busy parents.

BBQ Pulled Pork &
Garlic Potatoes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Russet Potatoes
• Fresh garlic
• Pepper
• BBQ sauce

1. Prepare the pork roast by stabbing it with a knife (take out any aggression here) and insert chunks of garlic under the muscle and sprinkle with pepper.
2. Put roast in the crockpot with potatoes and add about 1/4 cup of water. Turn on. Cook slow and on low for about 6 hours.
3. About a 1/2 hour before you’re ready to eat, pull the pork apart with a fork and mix with BBQ sauce. Serve.

Onion Chicken
& Rice
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Whole chicken
• Big onion
• Onion soup mix
