Grilled Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers
1lb of raw shrimp
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
1 tablespoon of honey garlic rub (Weber’s brand preferred)
1 tablespoon of parsley
2 mixing bowls
- Get a mixing bowl. Mix together shrimp, garlic salt, honey garlic rub, and parsley together.
- Set heat on burner to medium and place a grill pan over the heat. Place shrimp on the grill pan and let cook for two minutes. Then turn shrimp over for one more minute and drizzle olive oil over the shrimp.
- Place shrimp aside in a separate mixing bowl.
- Rinse the grill pan then place back on the heat.
- Slice pineapple into chunks and place on the grill pan for two minutes then remove from heat.
- Take skewers and place a shrimp, then a pineapple chunk, then repeat until the skewer is filled.
