Pregnant moms go through many emotions when we carry a child. You’re experiencing one of the most transforming moments in your life. In addition, you want to surround yourself with culture and positivity as you anticipate the birth of your new baby.

Carolyn Clarke has made it easy for expecting moms to document their nine-month journey with a beautifully illustrated book titled, Faithful Bumps: A Pregnancy Journal. “When you write down your feelings you are connecting with your baby,” says Clarke, “You can write about those special moments, the moments that made you laugh and those delightful times that take your breath away.” This soft back book, is a great keepsake for moms to share with their children as they grow to let them know how much they were wanted and how much you cared about his/her development in-womb.

Filled with positive affirmations, the book will take you through all the emotions of being with child, such as, “I’m learning to love my ever changing body,” and “Sometimes the littlest things take up the most room in your heart.” There is plenty of room for you to dedicate to those who helped you during this time and a place for the ultrasound photo.

Faithful Bumps is available in paperback ($12.94 on Amazon) or in a hardback edition ($25.27 on Amazon). Illustrations by, Xavia Malcolm.
